1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation and verifying payment.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM HKT or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.

Note: Shipping availability to specific addresses within these regions is subject to validation by our courier partners. We reserve the right to cancel an order if a valid shipping address cannot be confirmed.

These delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method, delivery destination, and the size/weight of your order.
Free shipping promotions, if available, are valid only for orders shipping to the specified regions and meeting the minimum order value criteria.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package online.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to activate on the courier’s website.
6. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
For international shipments and may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost paid to us.
For orders within Hong Kong SAR: No additional customs or import taxes are typically applicable.
We recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information regarding potential charges.
7. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of order placement, including unit/flat number, building name, street name, and district.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
Damaged Package: If your package arrives visibly damaged, please do not accept delivery if possible. If you have already accepted it, please take photos of the damaged box and contents and contact us within 48 hours of delivery to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
Lost Package: If the tracking information indicates that your package is lost in transit, please contact us. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier.
