Language Clause: These Terms are officially drafted in English. If there is any structural conflict or interpretation variance between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

2. Business Model and Operational Entities

By placing an order on our Site, you acknowledge and explicitly agree to our global cross-border operational structure designed for technical and supply chain excellence:

• Contracting & Billing Entity: All sales contracts, financial accounting, and commercial transactions are exclusively administered by NasBoost Limited (Hong Kong SAR).
• Fulfillment & Technical Operations Center: To maintain direct engineering oversight, rigorous hardware quality control, and localized parts testing, all products are packaged and dispatched directly from our technical facility located in Mainland China.

3. Orders, Pricing, and Transparency

3.1. Order Accuracy: You are strictly responsible for providing current, complete, and accurate billing and shipping information during checkout. NasBoost Limited is not liable for fulfillment failures or transit delays caused by incomplete addresses or incorrect mobile numbers provided by the user.

3.2. Price Adjustments: Product prices are displayed transparently on our store pages. Prices are subject to adjustment without prior notice based on manufacturing component availability, but changes will never impact orders that have already received automated payment confirmation.

3.3. Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order if our security systems flag indicators of potential fraud, unauthorized commercial re-selling, technical pricing errors, or if a listed shipping destination is officially declared undeliverable by our carrier network. Refunds in such instances will be issued within 24 hours.

4. Shipping, Customs, and DDP Terms

4.1. Fulfillment Origin: All parcels are securely dispatched from our primary operations center in Mainland China using premium international express services. Estimated delivery timelines represent business days and begin post-dispatch, subject to standard transit variables.

4.2. Customs Coordination: While we completely assume the financial responsibility for customs clearance costs and standard import taxes under our DDP framework, you agree to cooperate with customs authorities or carrier requests for identity verification (such as tax IDs or address validation) if legally mandated by local destination statutes to complete final gate release.

5. Hardware Warranty and Returns

5.1. 12-Month Hardware Warranty: We provide a limited 12-month manufacturer warranty covering original electronic components against functional defects from the date of delivery. This warranty strictly excludes physical damage resulting from misuse, environmental accidents, liquid exposure, or unauthorized third-party firmware/hardware modifications.

5.2. Warranty Service Shipping: For eligible warranty hardware repairs post the initial 30-day return window, the buyer coordinates return transit to our engineering testing center in China. For initial product satisfaction concerns, please refer to our dedicated 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

5.3. Return Policy Alignment: Product returns, change-of-mind refunds, and Dead on Arrival (DOA) resolutions are governed exclusively by our comprehensive Refund and Returns Policy, which is fully incorporated into these Terms.

6. Private Cloud Storage and Data Security

6.1. Private Architecture: NasBoost hardware solutions are designed for local network-attached storage. We do not operate secondary cloud mirrors or possess administrative backend access to monitor, scan, log, or read the data and files stored inside your drives.

6.2. No Data Liability: You maintain absolute ownership and exclusive responsibility for your data integrity, system security setups, and local backup schedules. NasBoost Limited shall not be held liable for any data loss, file corruption, or administrative system lockout resulting from local hardware degradation, network breaches, or user credential negligence.

7. Prohibited Uses and Intellectual Property

All brand assets, technical designs, product copy, firmware source structures, and underlying interface codes visible on this Site remain the exclusive intellectual property of NasBoost Limited. Any unauthorized commercial duplication, decompiling, or reverse-engineering of our hardware and software layouts is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall NasBoost Limited, our corporate officers, or engineering team be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including, without limitation, loss of business profits or operational downtime) arising from the use or inability to safely deploy our products.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any operational agreements whereby we provide you commercial Services shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any legal disputes or claims shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Hong Kong.
