⚠️ CRITICAL REQUIREMENT: Motherboard PCIe Bifurcation Required
Please check your hardware compatibility before ordering. This is a passive expansion adapter without an onboard PLX bridge chip:
- BIOS Bifurcation Mode: Your motherboard BIOS MUST support PCIe Lane Bifurcation on the target slot. You must configure the slot setting to X4X4 or 4X4 mode. If your motherboard does not support bifurcation, ONLY ONE SSD will be recognized by the system.
- Software RAID Only: This card supports OS-level software RAID configurations (such as Windows Storage Spaces, Linux mdadm, or Unraid/TrueNAS pool management). It does not contain a hardware RAID controller chip.
